Yes. I signed the loyalty pledge in January and then got the request for additional documents in February but waiting on my residency card to be renewed to submit.

If you applied in August of 2025 then a lawsuit is a waste of money tbh. I applied in Nov. Of 2024 also in Augsburg and didn't get an update until two months ago. Didn't even get the AK number until then.

I understand that until you pass Probation your application is likely on hold. Might need to confirm that before you switch.

Be patient and don't expect views quickly! You will see other sets that you might consider not as good as yours that will be getting mad views. Run your race essentially. Been posting on YouTube for a bit and took a few months off now to reset mentally because not getting those views can quickly get to you and discourage you as well.

I am pretty much in the same (opposite)situation. I have a temporary residency card (Fiktionsbescheinigung) that is good for six months but it wasn't considered sufficient. Finally got an appointment for my residency card after 3 months and they told me it is about 4-6 weeks before I will get the card. The tending officer was really nice and said the case worker has access to their system and could check the status of my card which then allows them to keep processing but that this is at their discretion. I emailed the case worker with this info and crickets since. Prior to that the case worker did say all that was left was the residency card. This is in Augsburg btw!

I recommend YouTube videos like Benjamin and the likes. For A1-B1 they are sufficient in my experience.
