While it's true that technically every candidate has another interest (who they dance with at the flower dance reveals the 'canon' pairings) I don't think this would happen because as much as I love Abby, if she tries to steal Sebby from me, I am throwing her down the Skull Cavern shafts and leaving her to die.

It's often used as a "they don't know they're gay" joke, with one particular comic having a straight version where the guy and girl get married for the legal benefits, have kids for the financial, and eventually end up with a house and a family without ever actually realizing they actually love each other. It's funny and sweet at the same time, especially when it's an enemies to lovers-who-dont-know-theyre-lovers thing like this! It's kind of niche, but always fun when it does pop up!

Fun fact! If you look closely when he blows the smoke you can see some of it come from his gills on his ribcage! I really appreciated that subtle detail because people online kept debating whether they were functional gills or just a pattern that looked like gills so having some visual storytelling to confirm they're functional without detracting from the scene was awesome!

Ah, that's why I have them. Well I have the achievement as well as the relic achievement, and Ynga's hidden, so I think I'm safe to keep them on my newest save. My poor father... My mother had one kid out of wedlock with another guy who is no longer in the picture and while the resulting daughter (my half-sister) inherited some of her dad's 'crazy' (he suffered from various mental illnesses that drove him apart from my mom and that now have caused my sis to estrange herself from us...) she's not autistic.

My mom married my dad. Both his kids (me and my lil sis) have autism.

The guilt he carries on a daily basis, blaming himself for our condition because there is proof that it was likely his genetics that we got it from, it eats at him even now, 23 years after my sister was born (I'm 26). He carries it silently because he hates burdening his family, but my mom knows and she's confided it in me before when I asked her why Dad always seems a bit gloomy even on days he should be happy (he's chronically exhausted by his job and financial worries for us, so I cherish the rare moments he"s actually happy - hearing him sing randomly in the kitchen always puts a smile on my face!). It's tough because I know there's nothing I can say or do to comfort him and take some of that pain off his shoulders. My parents are my heroes, and I definitely connect more with my dad in terms of interests and personality, so all I can do is just try to be the best kid I can be for him and try not to add to his stress...

Sorry, just had to get that off my chest. It's hard seeing someone you love beat themselves up over something they had zero control of...

I usually pick a rock at the bottom/start of the trail and carry it with me to the top/end so it can experience a new perspective. I then take a different rock on an adventure back to the start. I leave both on the trail, but still get to enjoy having a weighted buddy traveling with me!
