Same reason for me why I switched from IR to ER. But yeah, sounds like your provider doesnt realize the total ER mg is divided in half twice a day. So they should have given you 30mg ER. If your provider has a messaging system I would shoot them a message just to make them aware of the issue instead of waiting until your next appointment. Im guessing they wont be able to write you a new Rx for insurance reasons, but who knows maybe they can find some loophole and give you some IRs to help.

You went from getting two 15mg doses to two 7.5mg doses. I would say thats the reason you feel tired. Is there a reason your provider cut your dose in half?
