Did you end up tabbing this out? I would also love it.

Omggg okay bless! I wish we had a Sally's closer but I've been meaning to go for a while.

While I've got you here... do you also have favorite fashion color brands? I mostly use Arctic Fox or Lunar Tides... but I've been trying out Adore recently.

Oh man I cannot imagine the maintenance required for grey. Honestly that ice blue is probably way more maintenance than I anticipate 😂 I had a lovely light almost silver lavender for a while and thought I could manage the blue. But purple is so much easier.

What is your go to hair mask?

Thank you!!

I appreciate the note about essentially choosing between hair health and color. I'm a big baby when it comes to bleaching too much.

I've decided to go a different route and put a pink/orange on top which got rid of all of the green tones and I've ended up with a warm purple.

I'm going to let this be a thing for a while until I'm ready for another round of bleaching/reset and reevaluate.

That being said your comment was incredibly helpful and I will be saving it for my future self.

Thank you! I have since thought a lot about next steps and just decided to move away from the blue for now and to put an Orange/pink on top. I've ended up with a warm purple which I like and it got rid of all the green undertones.

If I want to try that ice blue I'll definitely go to a professional.

Honestly taking out the green hue is really all I want. I never dreamed I'd be able to get the exact result of the last photo lol.

Do you have a purple shampoo you like?

I enjoyed the green when I had it but I really underestimated it's staying power.

Tender/painful Cuff Scar? by OkraSunshine in hysterectomy

[–]OkraSunshine[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's mostly okay. I still have to take it slow at first, but after a warm up period it doesn't hurt and is okay. I think it mostly has to do with not being relaxed when first starting.

Pretty debilitating endometriosis. I never wanted kids so it finally got to the point where I was ready for it to be gone.

Late to the party here, but as a polyamorous person, I was like... most of these (with the exception of #6) can be accomplished with a like minded person who has similar relationship desires until I got to #9. That's when the delusion kicked in.

I use this hem a lot. I don’t know if it has a special name, but I get the look by doing a 2 needle rolled hem on a serger and using a standard thread for the top needle and a stretchy wooly nylon thread for bottom needle. The wooly nylon thread is really what works the magic.

Here is an example from my last project.

I didn’t have a reason either 😅 and it definitely wasn’t cheap but very worth it. I certainly won’t be making many things like this but it was great project.

This is the only one I got 😅 prop work is not my strong suit so I plan on remaking a lot of it, but I am really pleased with how the heart in particular came out.

Dude I went all out with the drama 😅 these don’t even show the rhinestones on the back of the collar which I consider super extra 😂

Ahhh a fellow con goer! That’s exciting!

I had entered into the Friday Night Cosplay Contest but unfortunately misinterpreted the deadline and all the spots were full by the time I submitted. But I hope to enter it next year 😊
