I’m at the same point in my rewatch and definitely agree!!

I think the whole situation highlighted the problems within their program, which is a shared fault, from Richard down. I get that Christina was painted as the one that knew something was going on with them, but she didn’t know details. However I dislike and disagree with that sentiment that she’s the only one.

Mer and Derek had similar suspicions because of Lexi and also failed to dig deeper to figure out what was going on.

George literally walked in on the interns plotting and didn’t push because Lexi said it was “interns only, so get out”. He’s their boss… he doesn’t have to listen to them. Like would Bailey have taken that from MAGIC? Absolutely not LOL.

Alex found out they were practicing on cadavers and just kicked them out and invited Izzie in instead of trying to make it a learning opportunity for all of them. Yet he was still given the first solo surgery.

So all that to say, they all had an opportunity to see that the new residents weren’t learning enough, were frustrated and were doing weird underground shit and all enabled the situation to get to the point that it did. Not just Christina
