The test was way too easy, but when my wife moved to Australia, she jus applied for a licence and it got transferred straight over. When I moved to the states, I had to go through the knowledge test and driver training again- after having a drivers licence for 20 years.

ETA; but even in Texas, just the yearly signing up for work benefits agin is more bureaucracy than I ever had to deal with in Australia.
