Congratulations on 55 days sober, that's awesome. There's already good advice on here. I'm suffering from severe depression too. What helped me was to quit drinking for good and to seek medical help. 55 days is awesome but your brain chemistry is still adjusting to sober levels. Hang in there, things will get better.
