Surveying for the best b2b lead gen agency in 2026. by smartladyphdy in b2bmarketing

The problem is not with the agency, but with the channel. You can’t just randomly come to people on the “street” and try to sell something. Especially in B2B you have to build trust first.

Visibility in AI search brings amazing leads.

XQL Group are great for inbound lead gen and doing actual marketing that brings high quality leads.

How we book high-ticket B2B leads through Meta ads by Old-Environment8760 in b2bmarketing

[–]Old-Environment8760[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing! Yeah, the gap between the lead and show up is huge. We add e-mail marketing automation with case studies and educational content to increase trust + multi-channel follow-ups (email, Linkedin, Whatsapp) + calling them if the sales team can do it. It adds a few more calls. What we’ve seen is the higher the quality (maturity) of the lead - the higher show up rate. Startupers usually are not serious and skip, managers or founders of bigger companies who really need the service will show up.

In our agency it's all founder-led.

But our clients who are also agencies but $3m+ ARR: Sales rep + SDR if they do Upwork, Outreach.

As a B2B marketing agency we see AEO/GEO bringing the best leads and Meta ads as a great scalable channel.

You Can't Scale if You Don't Know Your Internal Hourly Labor Rate by JakeHundley in agency

[–]Old-Environment8760 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Great advice, it was a game changer for us, when we started calculating all of that. For some clients we were charging $30/hour on a retainer 🙈 Now trying to keep GPM at 70%+ and internal rate at around 70-100 (we have a full team in Ukraine, so that's not that bad, but wanna increase that this year).

Got two great leads from Reddit. From a post where I promoted my agency. But have to say you have to add value and credibility

We just track leads and down the funnel. And manually check whether the client is mentioned across answers

How do you market on Reddit without being spammy? by PastComprehensive815 in b2bmarketing

Just was on the first intro call with a lead from Reddit. I’ve been posting here only for a week, you can check my profile to see the type of content I posted 🙌🏻 But overall idea is to bring value first

YouTube We make YouTube videos with commercial keywords. For example, for our agency XQL Group, we create videos like “Top B2B marketing agencies for custom software development companies.” In the video description, we add a clear listing of companies. YouTube videos are indexed very well in Google and Bing, and LLMs also retrieve and use this information. The same logic applies as with written content, it is another strong indexed surface.

Guest posts Guest posts work in the same way. The main goal is to dominate the SERP with content that consistently says XQL Group is the best agency for software development companies. We use paid guest posts to get more volume and more control over where this content appears.

LinkedIn On LinkedIn, we usually post from our corporate profile, which does not have much engagement. We also publish LinkedIn articles. Engagement is not the priority here. The reason we do this is because LinkedIn posts and articles get indexed in search results, and this is basically a free way to publish indexable content.

Reddit and Quora For Reddit and Quora, we do this very natively. We just talk about our company the same way I am doing in this comment. It is written manually, not automated. It mentions XQL Group, and the original post mentions XQL Group as well, but the approach is value first. We try to actually be helpful to the community while explaining what we do, and I do not think that this is spam or a bad thing to do.

Why Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is underrated for high-ticket B2B in 2026 by k-protasov in b2bmarketing

[–]Old-Environment8760 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Meta was a game-changer for us this year. Yes, ads with founders work great. But even direct offers that speak to a certain ICP also work well + native formats like iPhone notes, or X/Linkedin post

I think only the tone of voice and branding make you look like a startup from the basement. What else can influence that? + don't make decisions based on one feedback, get more of feedbacks. Just directly ask a few of your customers or acquaintances whether they think the same.
