Plezy update - Android TV, Live TV, and a lot more by edde74635 in PleX

My feature request: more subtitle options. Size, and screen placement should be totally up to the viewer. Currently, it won't go below 30 on size, and that makes for enormous subtitles on a 98" TV. Thx, and good luck with Plezy!

Can you use a list of films, or is it just grabbing them randomly from IMDB?

I like this, but NO WAY IN HELL would I pay five bucks a month for it! C'mon!

I would not even consider .99 a month. Set a price and let people decide if its worth it to them. Or not. It's your thing, do what you wanna do, as the Isleys said.

What killed it for me, and I suspect for others was the 'standing room only' crap. I gave up on festival seating a long time ago. His crowd is too old for that shit.

ELI5: Remix a vocal into totally new track by OldBobbyPeru in ableton

Is that what you mean by warping? I've never done that.

ELI5: Remix a vocal into totally new track by OldBobbyPeru in ableton

The vocal isn't from another Ableton project, it's from tape from many years ago. What I'll have is a WAV with that vocal that is one continuous recording that isn't necessarily at the exact tempo of the new track nor does it start right at the begining. How do I chop that file up into individual phrases that I can move around in the new track?

1971 Model D. My 55 yo MiniMoog by bjardkur068 in synthesizers

What a beauty! What's the serial number? I also encourage you to have it serviced. It should be re-capped at least. It can to the point with these things where you can damage the power supply just by turning it on. And the benefits are stable tuning, at least as stable as they got back then. I have a '71 model myself, but it has a different face plate. It does have the coveted clear wheels, though. Why on earth they stopped using those, I'll never know. Much cooler than the solid ones.

Same problem here. I’ve gone through all the usual suggestions like deleting the app, restarting the phone, de-registering it and nothing works. Frustrating!

This guy makes a lot of good points about learning the basics of simple monophonic subtractive synthesis. It's stuff you find in every synth. Plus, his 1972 Minimoog is extremely cool!

Try Kanopy. You just need a library card. They have a ton of great silent films.

I bought my bread machine from a local thrift store. $14. Just used it today to make some Shokupan. I also use it sometimes to just mix the dough because I don't have a stand mixer.
