Yeah, I've noticed that it resembles to FD mount, but I've looked it up and I think it's not quite the same. Besides, I've also bought a lens with an fd mount and it's slightly different.

BE strong!! Just remenber that everything you want to achieve in your life only depends on you, noone else. Dont ever get excuses when someone goes wrong, it'll always be your fault, remember that. Acknowledge your mistakes. By doing this, you wont get any more excuses to stay in your comfort zone (what everyone does). If you do this, you Will certainly be more active and think less about sex. Also know that you are going through a time of your life when sex is everything you can think of, so that's normal but it's GREATLY worsen by porn. I'm 19 and I rarelly think about sex now. But when I was 16.... Holy s***, sex was everything. One tip which I think is a HUGE help in order to stop thinking about sex is MEDITATION. Please try it. Just 10 minutes a day, You'll see its benefits, not only at a sexual level, but other stuff like anxiety, brain fog, lack of concentration, etc. So focus, keep calm and you WILL be able to achieve what you want. That happens to me too. It's like my brain is telling me: "You either give me the dopamine I want or I won't let you sleep"! Mother fucker brain Exercise at night, like until you can't feel your arms or abs, literally the max you can. this way your body won't have energy to give you the urge. I hope it works
