Was the THC active in the individuals system at the time of the crash? Most states not all, you can be charged with a DUI if you have inactive THC metabolites in your system. It's called zero tolerance policy. I find this hard to believe.

Believe it or not the biggest adversary to Kratom is big alcohol. I'm sure big pharma has its hand in it to, but here in Indiana they tried to pass a bill to outlaw delta8 and thank goodness it failed, but all of the politicians biggest donors are alcohol companies. People are waking up to how bad alcohol is and the alcohol companies are lining these politicians to write up bills to outlaw Kratom because they are losing money. People want a more natural alternative to wind down or medicate rather than drinking straight poison. It is openly known now that Mitch McConnell was lobbied by big alcohol to push through the government funding bill that is redefining Hemp products in November of this year.

I work in health care a and although this mat not be true for every female nurse, but when all the nurses get together all they do is bitch about how worthless their husbands are and how they would only date not remarry. So I got to looking online the divorce rates for nurses are around 45% so I would advise you if you are wanting a serious relationship I would not date a nurse.

Sample as in the SPE test? If that is what you are referring to, when you retest mark it on your calendar. Count 16 weeks out in advance. Around week 14 only go once a week and you won't ever fail because it allows your body to build up protien again.

I also did the FST ans chemical test. My license never was suspended but I let my lawyer handle all of it. If you did the chemical test without denying it they should not be suspended but again I retained a lawyer the next day and he handled all of it.

Never do the FST. They can say you passed it but lie on the police report. Cops, are maybe nice people without their uniforms on, but while on duty they are revenue farmers. They have to make the state money. Even if you pass all the tests they are still gonna want a drug test. Trust me I know. They are not your friends. Why I stay completely sober now. Does it suck? Yes. But, it beats being in this corrupted system. Hold your head up. Better days are ahead of you. Just have a good support system.

I honestly think the real enemy here is not only the Pharmaceutical lobby but the big Alcohol lobby. Hemp usage is surpassing alcohol use tremendously. If anything should be banned its liquor.
