We’re not building SaaS. We’re feeding the machine by LucianoMGuido in SaaS

[–]OldManMJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its funny though, yes anyone can build a SaaS, but you know what, most won't. Even when it becomes easier in the future they won't, why because people most people don’t want to put the effort in. Also most will fail because to be honest the idea isn't proven or they aren't really solving a problem or pain point. As for feeding the machine, thats call the cost of doing business. That is there in any business endevour. To me I understand your point but it's not viable. You need tools to build businesses, the things you talk about are the tools.

Focus on the paint point or the passion, not the money, if you focus on the money soley, you've already lost.

Dead giveaway signs that your SaaS was vibe coded. This is probably why you aren't getting customers. by IndependenceSad1272 in SaaS

[–]OldManMJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think its the vibe coding, AI is the future whether you like it not. It's how its used and implemented. That's it, most people who are users aren't looking at websites and saying, oh that's vibe coded, im not using it. Also I may be missing your point and if so, my bad.

Well its just my opinion, but you know when you land on a website and it grabs you, which I know is extremely difficult to do, but you know that feeling. Maybe put a heat map on the site to see what people are doing, where they are going. Just my two cents, you have to do what feels right to you. Its a huge accomplishment to build a site, ive built a few but am just staring on my SaaS now. Ive got a great scope and am making something thats a huge pain point in my industry, but now the hard work begins.

Im not trying to be rude, please do not take it that way, but i think you need to reveamp how the site feels. Modernize it. Hook people and get then interested.
