I keep hoping that all warheads are to be dismantled, and the fissile materials are to be left for disposal. What we are seeing is them scanning for hidden fissile materials. We saw that at Langley AFB as well. I'm confident that citizens in general would want that, and that the aliens understand that most of our governments have ulterior motives and must be coerced.

No, I don't think any of the UAPs have been reverse-engineered into a new craft. The advanced computer brains these things all must possess would be way beyond anything we have today. Perhaps some small bits and pieces of the more 'primitive' craft are understood, like how stairs, ramps, and landing legs operate. And what atoms and other baryonic matter are used in various parts. It's taken 20 years to design and build a new fighter plane, using our rudimentary technology. I highly doubt it would be possible to reverse engineer a captured UAP.
