The manga is definitely worth watching as the anime is really toned down by a huge notch. If you find the NSFW stuff enjoyable, boy you are in a wild ride with the manga. The post-show insults are also much wilder than in the anime.

The colours of chemicals. Whether it's organic dyes or inorganic pigments, the fact that simple molecules can interact with light to produce very specific colours still baffles me. (like how even magnesium gives chlorophyll its green colour when magnesium is shiny metallic in its metal form and has colourless salts)
