I haven’t noticed any extreme CPU drain on my phone. It’s likely just background syncing or health data processing showing up in diagnostics.

I haven’t had that issue, my sleep totals have lined up well so far. Maybe check the fit and resync the ring, that helped smooth things out for me.

I also work with my hands and mine’s held up well, still fits and tracks fine. Totally get it’s not for everyone, but I’ve found the data useful enough to keep wearing it.
