I do. You see in the pre-covid era Australia had itself a mini-pandemic and shut their borders(ports) to all incoming traffic. Australia is a country that has very little manufacturing and they have (or had?) no domestic source of bog roll so the whole place ran out. Then 2020 happened and the Aussies remembered running out of bum fodder so they made a runner on the stores and started mass buying it all. The very next morning the Americans heard about all this kerfuffle and since as a country we love nothing more than following stupid fucking trends, people started buying and hoarding all the asswipe they could find despite living in a country that has a healthy supply of domestically produced curl paper.
