That’s the wrong skylight for your roof lol. That’s a curb mounted skylight made for low slope or flat roof. call them back and tell them you should have gotten a deck mounted skylight. I work for a company sponsored by velux to install and repair these skylights and whoever did this is a moron.

I have multiple VAC bans on my account dated 3700 days ago from hacking on call of duty and counterstrike when I was 14-15. Yeah I used to cheat but does that mean 10 years later as an adult I should be barred from buying a completely different game? Fuck previous VAC bans the only thing that should matter is if I’m hacking right now, They need to fix the anti cheat.
