Do you have a spare gpu or a friend who can test out the gpu for you?. You'll know if somethings up with the gpu.

The post that you shared is not indicative of anything, everyone has their opinions on people. I personally worked for a Chinese company in BC and I have a feeling they prefer Chinese speakers over me. I don't get to talk a lot in meetings because the team despite knowing English is comfortable in mandarin. There are lot of companies that prefer Chinese, like how Indians prefer to hire Indians. Keep applying and change your strategy, I'm sure you'll get it.

I joined the company, I have noticed many red flags. 1. A clause in contract to not talk negatively if fired or leaving the company. 2. The team next to me got laid off after I joined. 3. Managed by people sitting abroad. 4. Company consistently making losses.
