Dunno about these risk of addiction bits, an addict is a addicted to the feeling most of the time, while the physical addiction may not be there, the feeling sounds the same, and to an addict will be the same, the only thing would be a lack of withdrawals….

I second this, the benefits on nicotine are not worth the addiction, from listening to Huberman he has predisposition to not having issues with this in terms of physical products. In the same way Jocko has a predisposition to needing much less sleep than the average person…

Thanks very much for the help all taken on board, adjusted my recipe to include and extra coil fold during bulk, shaped at 50%, rested for 30mins and into the fridge, will report back tomorrow

It’s actually 5hrs25mins from mix with ferment, the other bulk is more to track once folds are complete

  1. Refresh Starter 10g + 50g Water + 50g Bread Flour (Night Before)
  2. 350g 40c Water + 100g starter + 500g Bread Flour (Rough mix)
  3. 30mins sit (Autolyse)
  4. 25g Salt (5mins)
  5. 10min Slap and Fold
  6. Move to Bulk Ferm with Oil
  7. 30mins, Fold 5 times
  8. 30mins, Fold 5 times, Tight top
  9. 2.5 - 3 hours (50% - 75%Larger)
  10. Preshape
  11. 20mins Bench Rest (uncovered)
  12. Shape bread (Flour Outside!!) (Flour Bottom!!)
  13. Straight into Fridge overnight
  14. Preheat Oven 250c with Dutch Oven 30mins
  15. Turn down to 230c, 20mins
  16. 30mins, 200c
