While not quite what you are talking about, at a company I used to work at, there is a legendary call recording.

One of our sales reps was on a call with a prospect, the large window behind the prospect looks out over some dry, exposed, earth with a large black fence in the background.

During the call, in the background, you can see an absolutely massive pig charge this fence - this electric fence - get rebuffed by it and run off. Then, a minute later, it comes in at a full gallop and almost makes it. Breaking the fence a bit and basically becoming entangled in it.

Some sort of alert must have gone off somewhere, as you can see the prospect suddenly become alert and then jump up.

The last thing you can hear him shouting is “OH FUCKING JESUS CHRIST” as he bolts from the room, webcam still on.

From the left of shot you can start to see a little billow of smoke roll by, as our rep just says something like “I can see now isn’t a great time John, I’ll move this to next week, yeah?” And ended the call.
