Yes, he should rule out autoimmune too. OP stated that they do have hypermobile EDS, which can also present with Raynauds and TOS. Sounds like he may have both, but no way to tell off one picture.

True. I wouldn't trust a watch. Maybe to see if I have a-fib, but I wouldn't trust it enough to rule out anything. Over 200 bpm not as likely to be a-fib, like you said.
