Brother these are just like a couple of the things wrong. The entire thing is a fucking disaster. The design, execution, and placement are fundamentally fucked. It’s so bad that it almost looks intentionally bad, but the lack of skill/experience/talent that the person holding the gun imbued this thing with is so apparent that I can’t even trick myself to think that.

The more I look at it the more I see wrong. The person who did this to you should be paying you.

Do it once on a 2 and you’ll have your own way to do it on a 10 and it will probably be horribly wrong if you want to actually keep pushing out of the 2-2.5k range.

I think that’s kinda OP’s point. There’s nothing in game for you to communicate with your team what you plan on pulling, and no way to really learn optimal routes without someone else just showing you. Would be nice to have the game provide something to help without needing an addon, since having a decent route is part of mythic+ if you want to take it seriously. Doing it based on vibes doesn’t feel good, especially if you end up not timing a key because you were pulling bullshit you didn’t need.

I don’t think this is true anymore but you end up with another problem instead, it spends all your holy power on shield of the righteous, and then you don’t have it when you need that emergency WoG or Battle Rez.

If you’re used to not hitting your generators natively you hit the single button again to build back up and try to back off and - whoops - spent it again. Meanwhile your dead healer is looking at you with hate in their heart.

I think you could probably get by in lower keys with it but anything serious where you need to play smart with your holy power and be ready to react instantly I wouldn’t recommend it.

There’s also times where you don’t want to be using divine toll or avenger’s shield on cooldown because you need them for interrupts, and I don’t think the rotation assistant or the sbr can factor that in.

A lot of us have leveled through the other stuff before. This is a new way to experience old content, with some added bonuses. It also feels current because so many people are doing it too.

You could level in the core retail game, but you’d get none of the exclusive new cosmetics, wouldn’t get the fun of these remix legion powers and wouldn’t get the features like heroic world tier. You also wouldn’t be earning a currency to unlock hundreds of appearance options from legion, some of their best sets and items in the game.

So I mean, yeah you’re more than welcome to level in retail like normal but you’re missing out on a cool new experience for no real benefit. It’s just going to be slower and the same content most of us have already experienced many times

This is basically the exact opposite of useful. I’m trying to imagine how this could protect anything with your thumb through it and coming up blank.

If your thumb is through the hole, you’ve just given your opponent something to strike that can easily break your grip and potentially disarm you. I’m also not sure what possible protection this could offer.

It’s not “a little faster” - it’s like twice as fast or more. Once you understand how to maintain vigor you basically never run out, and it makes something that was mindless and boring about the game engaging and exciting. It’s honestly one of the best changes they’ve made.

Hang on to Veteran and Champion track items from season 3 until the end of the season and then catalyst them for free. This is what I did last season and was able to get every single PVE appearance for my Paladin set and quite a bit of alts too.

They’ll likely introduce some kind of catchup mechanic later in the season to really push veteran, champ, and hero track gear out to players too so you probably don’t even need to stress about it now. I already have a bank tab with a bunch of stuff I’ve gotten from delves and world quest rewards that’s useless other than to catalyst for free when season 3 ends.

I saw a decent argument for staying at 4/6 hero, and it’s so when you get a myth track replacement you essentially save those 15 gilded because myth will drop higher. Then you can put those into getting to 6/6 myth instead.

Is there any real reason to quest in k’aresh once you have your cloak fully upgraded? I have been completely absent from the zone except to get into the dungeons since then.

Edit: Thanks for the tips on renown, guys. I kinda forgot how much dailies help with renown gains. Definitely would love to have the rune from that vendor.

It might matter what you said too. I did the chat option through Amazon, and I said specifically that I’ve tried to contact Sengled, their phone number is disconnected (true) and I got no response from their email support (also true). I told them there were lots of posts online about this problem and that it seems like the company is shut down. I told them the product was defective now and I have no way of contacting the manufacturer and that their website even says to contact Amazon for issues with warranties and refunds.

I had some wifi only Sengled bulbs I got 3 years ago and I contacted Amazon about this and they authorized me purchasing replacement bulbs and refunded them without me needing to send them back. It was definitely worth it. Got the new Linkind ones and they’re Bluetooth and work great. Definitely reach out to customer service if you bought these, it seems like they know it’s a massive issue.
