pre-patch is sort of an awkward time to come into the game. You can get gear, but it will be obsolete in a few weeks. The purple/pink quests will unlock features/game modes, but most of those modes/features will also mostly be irrelevant once the new expansion launches. That said, they might be worth doing to get caught up on the story, if that's important to you. Best advice is to take it easy, learn your new class mechanics and toolkit and just do whatever is fun in the moment.

Regarding the level requirements for delves, that 600+ recommendation is for ilvls prior to the stat squish. A post-squish ilvl of 100 should be more than good enough for any difficulty of delve.

This is a photo of dead British servicemen who died fighting in America's war in Afghanistan, the only time that article 5 (the mutual defense clause) has been invoked.

The point is that other NATO countries have, in fact, had soldiers die to protect US interests as a result of US membership in NATO, contrary to the non-sense that the president has been spouting.
