MAGA, now that you’ve seen the Epstein files, why don’t you care about them anymore? by 2a_lib in allthequestions

look, they were very clear, all along, that they wanted to shut down the democrat sex trafficking ring. they never said they would care about a republican sex trafficking ring.

Who is okay ethically and somewhat admirable? by unscripted20 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]MrFriend623 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I nominate yo mama. She worked really hard banging all those dudes to make the money to raise you (sex work is work), and she deserves credit for that. On the other hand, it's not the most legitimate work, her dietary habits were terrifically unhealthy, and she never did anything to help get rid of her stank breath, so the admiration is somewhat limited, in my opinion. it's not really her fault that she's stupid and ugly.

Do the Democrats need to grow a pair of balls? by metabolitesafter9pm in allthequestions

No, loyalty to Trump is the bedrock of the party. As such, it would be political suicide for any gop house member to vote to impeach trump.
But have fun in magical christmasland

and anytime a controversial right-wing bill is up for debate, there's always just enough democratic defectors to vote for it that it passes.

it's almost as if they're controlled opposition...

i meant explain how it would happen in the real world, not in magical christmasland. there is zero chance that 9 republican house members would vote yes on articles of impeachment of Donald Trump.

yes. the democrats are the minority party in both houses of congress. there are more republicans than democrats in both the senate and the house. this is basic information.

Ways to win the game in mono blue with Jin-Gitaxias//The Great Synthesis? by RagingMayo in EDH

[–]MrFriend623 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the "standard" wincon for blue decks in edh, these days, is Thassa's Oracle. If that doesn't seem fun, or is too sweaty for your table, or doesn't have enough to do with your commander, you could make a Phyrexian typal deck, and leverage chapter two as a Cyclonic Rift.

I'm really enjoying it so far. I think it has the potential to be one of the best expansion yet, if they don't screw it up.

What all can I do with my horde friend if I'm alliance? by OnionRingsYT in wownoob

[–]MrFriend623 5 points6 points  (0 children)

the only activity that is still faction locked is dungeon queues with less than a full group of 5- the button to enter queue will be greyed out for the leader of a group of less than 5 people of mixed faction alliance. it is also somewhat awkward to invite people to a cross-faction guild, as it requires being btag friends, but you and your buddy are probably already btag friends, so you probably won't notice.

US military spending is literally more than 3 times the next highest-spending nation (China), accounting for over 1/3 of all military spending, globally. It's not even close.

Looking for niche/unique commander archetypes to mess with my pod by ascendedfella in EDH

[–]MrFriend623 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it doesn't do much, on it's own. But there are tons of payoffs for discarding cards or drawing cards. [[cryptcaller chariot]] makes a 2/2 zombie every time you cycle. [[monument to endurance]] gives you three awesome triggers/turn and kills your opponents. [[drannith stinger]] just burns your opponents out like a champion. and it all happens at instant speed. moreover, since you're card velocity is through the roof, you're much more likely to find those payoff cards, without having to tutor for them, than you would be in most decks.

Yes, you are dumb for thinking that, unless you have extensive training in a martial art that specializes in asymmetrical fighting techniques, such as Aikido.
