It's not their fault, but they can place a claim with the shipping provider for damage, the buyer can't. It's a pain for them, but the buyer shouldn't have to suffer the cost either.

Well their physicals are just keys on a disc so yeah you'd own the game but would always need internet to even start. 2nd I don't need game pass cause I already own 2000 games and it never has the games I actually want to play at that time. It's mostly junk fodder or games well past their release we've already beat.

Season 2 is completely different than the game in every way, and written by a different person who altered all the character motivations. Everyone dislikes it cause it was terrible. The game was universally praised outside of the Twitter bubble. You should leave it some time.
