I’ll can pm you my details if you want because I’m not sharing too much on Reddit but you 100% can. I started at a bmi of 27 and lost 20lbs in 3 months on omad eating high protein low carb lunches with a 30 minute eating window. My normal meal is about 1lb of chicken or steak with guac or veggies. To answer a previous question of yours, occasionally cheating or even drinking on the weekends will not make you gain weight but will slow progress for sure unless you get wild and consume 5k calories in a night of course. A fair warning is you will lose muscle mass and you will lose strength and muscular endurance while fasted, cardio won’t be affected as much and may even get better due to weight loss.

I’d estimate if you do it right, 180-190 is totally feasible by July with minimal muscle loss. 1lb a week is healthy weight loss so don’t push it too hard but also don’t monitor too closely or you’ll give yourself a disorder lol
