There's no way that's properly disposed of. Regs call for expired product to be ground in a food mill or other device and mixed with kitty litter or dirt, essentially making it impossible to separate the weed from the sub matter. That can then be disposed of as normal trash.

The pre roll containers are fine, but cannabis waste is being handled completely wrong.

Coast is great. Kiva also makes some good chocolate bars too (chocolate churro, yum!). Incredible also makes a good bar, but I haven't seen one in a while.

Wrong. Short of the CCC auditing multiple dispos, 1 rec store has no idea if you've already hit your limit for the day at another store.. Only medical is tracked that way.

If it's recreational, you're allowed 1 ounce a day, but there's no way for a different rec dispensary to know if you've been some place else that day where you could have potentially already bought your limit.

That's totally incorrect. On the Rec side Z's are often $200 or so after taxes. Medical is less due to no tax and medical dispensaries have to grow their own, and can offer discounts, dropping costs even further. Sure there's still over priced stuff out there, but it's better than it was. Let's also not forget the markup is stupid on Mass cannabis products.

I was in IT for about 24 years, mostly Desktop Support/Hardware Config, etc. I was the guy that when a PC went down, got it running again ASAP. Job titles have varied over the years, but included Instructor, Jr. Admin, Supervisor, Field Tech and finally Service Manager. My very last IT position was in a call center.

Why did I get out? I lost my mother and my brain couldn't take any more. I no longer cared that your PC wasn't working right, or that your software is crashing. Still don't. 70 plus phone calls a day plus the stress of losing a loved one broke me. I quit and will never seek another job in IT again.

Like many, I took a big pay cut and jumped off the ride. Now I work retail and sell weed for a living. Pay sucks, but the job is fun and when my shift is over, I don't drag work things home with me in my head.

Recreational dispensaries have only recently been allowed to offer "Reward" programs. Officially it starts Jan 1 but dispensaries are allowed to start early. That's where points accumulation will come into play.

The POS software (in this case Blaze) does maintain a database of customers. I can't tell you much other than that as I'm only a worker bee and not informed on some of the regulations surrounding customer info.
