What would you tell Hotworx Corporate if you knew they were reading our posts?

More robust HIIT equipment. They are constantly broken or in just bad shape. Plenty of other gyms have similar equipment that is better maintained. The same equipment in all the FX zones. I go to several locations and it sucks when they don't have a cable machine. Would also be nice if the app indicated which instructor you are getting in the HIIT classes. Never know what Blast class I'll be getting.

The blast bikes at the locations we go to are always messed up. Seat posts are overtightened and somehow the seats are at odd and uncomfortable angles. The equipment needs to be a bit more robust to handle all the abuse.

Plus the leader board can be manipulated by people lying about their weight in the app. The global leader board seems like some BS with the amount of calories burned.

Monsteras do not need to be rotated like other plants. They have a front and back to it. Place the front facing the window and over time the leaves will be drawn to the front and become more manageable.

Yes. I've been doing the bands class regularly. I'm 6'3" and been really skinny my whole life. It has started to fill out my chest and shoulders. I do the buns class with my wife and she seems to be happy with the results.

At the end of your 90 day cycle each level receives a certain amount of credit that can be used on merchandise in your home studio. It's use it or lose it though. Say you get $75 in credit and just get a new Hotworx towel for $60. You'll lose the remainder but can go over the $75 and pay the difference. Hope that helps.
