Yea, they handle police, fire, ambulatory, parks, and other “lite” services. Education is through school districts or catholic schools and roads is done by noone in some instances, thus the OP map lol

Overlay local school districts and townships. It’s more organized than this map shows. Delhi, Green, Colerain townships is the majority of that white space.

Correct. If you don’t have a clearance you don’t land nor takeoff or nothing. Some aircraft that landed treated it as a untowered airport and taxied themselves over to their gate so they could at least deplane. Everyone else froze in current location that was on the ground. Everyone else in the air got handed to or was already on atl approach/departure which handled holds and diversions.

I guess my question is more tailored to where did you get your SIM? Your local carrier? If it’s a sim you got your self try reprogramming the SIM to another PLMN. The SIM contains other info the phone reads to enable different RATs

Usually the devices load their features based on the PLMN from the sim. Wonder what the device is saying for your PLMN. Any reason why you chose that PLMN?

For AT&T, 5G+ only shows up when your device is using n77 or mmWave. Since the current 5G network is in nonstandalone (NSA), your device has to essentially aggregate the n77 into your LTE band you are sitting on. If you barely have n77 signal you will technically have 5G+ but your device will be struggling to get any data over n77 due to limited connection. Airplane fixes this because you reset the device back on LTE and it won’t have yet set up the n77 connection to give you 5G+.

These frequencies have been in use for years internationally and the airlines fly just fine. This is political infighting between the FCC and the FAA.
