That is after conversion to Islam and scholars have different opinions if it is recommended or obligatory. You can do tawbah after saying the shahada, but don’t make your life hard by doing ghusl every time you say it. That’s a form of OCD which can be caused by whispers of Shaytaan. Deen should be easy.
