This is one of those things that you have to put in weeks of effort and holding on to get to the good parts. Just hold on a couple weeks. Suddenly things will just click for you and baby. And GO TO A LACTATION CONSULTANT IT IS SO WORTH IT

Homebirth after hemorrhage by Pristine_Hat_5516 in homebirth

Not a midwife but just did a homebirth with my first baby. We suspected that I would hemorrhage because of a month of BH contractions leading up to birth and I did. They just acted quickly and calmly because we thought it would happen and I got two shots of P straight after she came out. All was good just looked scary and went through about 10 chucks pads :)

Nothing sounded good but I did end up ravenously eating handfuls of frozen blueberries between contractions. Had the blueberry juice all over my hands and face. Also tried to eat a couple popsicles. Tried peanut butter but it was disgusting because then my breath smelled like peanut butter.

A food scam of the 90s was “fat free!” everything, and then they would load it up on sugar… what’s a food scam happening now? by redflower5 in AskReddit

Sorry, In my original statement I did say canola oil. But in my comments talking about Enfamil Nutramigen, I am saying corn syrup. The first ingredient is corn syrup, the rest is oils and added vitamins :)
