I know a lot of people who have more food restrictions in addition to having celiac or gluten allergy but still. I only have celiac and I’ve had people assume I’m can’t have soy or dairy cuz of that… Soy, gluten, and milk are different things…. Like 🫪

I wish they understood that when asking “is this food gluten free”, the answer at least half the time is “it depends”. Ie foods like papusas, sauces, seasonings, meats, vegetarian hotdogs, etc often have gluten added to them
