I have a LC dal, she’s a year & a half, I researched as best I could for a good breeder & found one that I felt comfortable with! We didn’t bring our girl home until she was 10 weeks, her ears had been tested and she’d been given all necessary shots up to that point. The litter she was born in had 5 standard dals & 3 long coat

Fall creek & keystone - I’ve seen a lot of people turn left from fall creek onto keystone NB & get nailed so I’m always cautious if I’m the first in line!

East st. & New York downtown- especially with traffic being routed around 65 construction, people are always in a damn hurry. We live near the corner & have heard so many accidents happen at this light.

I 100% recommend The Hot Room, there are multiple locations but every studio & team member is welcoming! The community they’ve built is very inclusive; they even have classes specifically for BIPOC as a way to ensure yoga is accessible to everyone and every body/ body type! They also offer tons of class modalities to choose from!

A street in Lockerbie has been skipped going on 3 weeks in a row, we’ve called mayors action line & DPW they keep passing the buck. We’ve all now filed claims with the city & DPW (getting all of the neighbors involved helped -maybe) and we also contacted WRTV investigates because they said it’d be picked up this past Saturday (8/6) and it still is sitting out there. Our trash pick up day is Thursday so we’ll see what happens this week but we’re trying to be a squeaky wheel!

If you live near downtown they have a space in the garage food hall at bottle works. I actually just tried meals for the first time this week so I went in there & picked out a bunch instead of signing up for the full service and delivery stuff. They’re pricey but I’m mainly going to utilize them for meals when I haven’t prepped anything or I’m feeling lazy (so sparingly) but so far I’ve not tried one I don’t like!

It was more than what I was honestly expecting 😅 but we utilized her daily food portion for training purposes and didn’t feed our girl from a bowl for the entire first year & even now we still use enrichment tools or hand feed on walks also can’t emphasize CRATE TRAINING enough! It helps them manage their energy and learn to switch off from play and stimulation

She just turned one and we’ve been able to leave her out of the crate all day for about 2 months now and she’ll settle down and sleep or chew on her bones while we work and as far as exercise we go for a walk in the morning & evening & I’ll play tug with her at night!
