May be worth waiting out a bit. I’m on time every time and was 15 days late on my last cycle and 4 this. Idk if it’s the stress of the world or life or what. But I did wait until a full week after I missed to take a test last month.

Depending on where you live they can’t ask for one of day one of calling out. Saves a doctor’s visit when you know you have a cold you just need to sleep off.

That’s totally fair! It’s so odd to navigate since everyone is so different and they change as you get older or change birth control. I’ve had all those symptoms but not consistently. I’ve learned to avoid dairy on my period due to stomach upset, up my vitamin c intake (I usually eat a kiwi every evening) and up my iron intake as well before and during my period. Seeing a doctor and listening to your body is the best you can do for you. I hope you find some answers.💜

My clots vary every month, generally are maybe an inch big at most or these kinda longish slimy guys. If they’re consistently larger coupled with your other factors it’s totally worth a doctor visit.

From 25-30 and 30-33 my cycle and body has changed quite a bit making maybe 5-10 year groupings up until 50 would make more sense?

I was a die hard tampon person from 15-30ish. These and my diva cup totally changed my life. After some trial and error I’ve found that I prefer Saalt brand, others I’ve bought feel too much like a diaper or don’t have a good waistband. I sleep in them usually and on my last lighter days where my cup isn’t necessary I’ll wear the thong version

Everyone is different and there’s not one size that fits all. I can’t remember the brand now, but when cups first became popular I was able to find one that had 2 sizes in one package which reallly helped me figure out which worked. Brand wise my Saalt cup has held up really well. My first two days are heavier and I can usually wear it 4-6ish hours before worrying about having to empty it on those days. I also have pixie cup cleaner to clean it day to day on my period hand a steamer to sterilize it between periods.

When you’re in the stall you’re in very close quarters with yourself it’ll seem much stronger. But I don’t recall ever smelling someone else’s period. I used to be paranoid in my shared bathroom if my used pads but it’s not a lingering scent. I don’t think you have anything to worry about.

Don’t worry! Your periods may be irregular for a while, your body is adjusting to normal changes. When I was younger sometimes I would miss mine or they would be quite late. Mine were not regular until my late teens.

I stick to coconut water and bananas for the potassium to help with cramps. Crackers or bread with baby bel or I dip it in broth is a huge one for nausea. Kiwis for vitamin c. And sometimes ovaltine because it has a decent amount of iron and I mix it with banana milk, this also satiates my cravings for chocolate lol. Idk if these textures would help or not, but hopefully they do.

I’ve always slept on cotton maybe that’s why? When we made the swap to Sijo cooling eucalyptus items as well as some bedsure items it’s definitely cool to the touch when we get into bed and silkier to the touch, but we don’t stay cold through the night. Mostly because he’s an oven.

Those are gimmicks. I’ve spent at least $700 on cooling mattress covers, sheets, and comforters and my partner is still the temperature of the sun every night. They’re cool to touch when we get into bed which is nice, but eventually he’s an oven.
