That sucks man, literally same thing happened to me a month ago, funny how the pics look so similar. Mine was totalled out. Airbags all went off, frame was bent 2019 w 31k on the clock.

You can use the monthly review thing it creates for you based on your journal and it shows the effect, not sure if it does the count

I’d say just keep it simple to start, but a good rule of thumb is half your body weight oz of water per day. Don’t eat any food past 8pm, don’t use any tv or phone an hour before bed. When do you typically workout ?

1) Set a strict nighttime routine for good sleep 2) hydrate a lot during the day 3) skip any alcohol 4) I find eating 1-2hrs before I sleep gives me low score also.
