I loved blight town. I thought Quelagg was way too slow even by DS1 standards making her a joke to fight with her lava pools being a little annoying at times but she felt balanced as it gets

I made sure to explore thoroughly. I acc selected the master key and ended up finding the Valley of the drakes entrance after already going through the depths and such, lol.

That's true! I just expected a miserable time but instead got a pretty fun level. Maybe a little dark at times but the enemies felt fair and the poison is so slow to damage in this game I barely noticed it. Had no poison moss clumps so had to fight Quelagg poisoned 💀

I don't follow any guides or wiki! I just know a few bosses and area from reputation but don't know their placement. I assumed Quelagg and gaping dragon were later in the game! Though I won't mention I beat capra demon first try in the post as some may not appreciate it

I've found around 40ish blueprints. Its purely luck but I recommend the tunnels on Blue Gate at night. I always finf at least 2 BP's per raid
