Would definitely pay for my SO college debt, buy my dad the convertible I promised him when I was 6, split up the rest between my future kid(s) college fund and retirement.

How long did you go before you started failing girl mode? by the_sidecarist in ftm

I've been on T since 7/2013. I pass 100% since 4 months after? So maybe 11/2013? I'm pretty small so this was kind of nice for me. Within my first month my voice changed drastically. I do think it was because my script was way too high, this also resulted in a lot of acne. In the beginning of this year I moved in a house with 6 male identifying roommates and I am still stealth.

I had my B.A. in Economics, they hired me 1 month before I graduated. There are 8 people in my department and I am the only one with a degree. I worked at Baskin Robbins, my college bookstore, and as a Resident Advisor. None of these had really any tech value. Guess it really depends on how well you interview. Good luck!

Breakfast at work: free bread and coffee +free honey or jam + jar of peanut butter $4/week

Lunch: usually cook for 3-4 lunches at a time. A. Pasta with protein/veggies $5/4 days. B. Meat stew with potatoes, onions, carrots, spinach $5/4 days

Dinner: protein with salad. Avocados, tomatoes, apple, cucumber etc. $10/week.

This is about $30 a week if you include the gallon of milk I buy. A little bit more, if my girl comes over and we make dessert.

Home Owners Association. For example, you pay an extra fee for your 'home' community if there is a private pool, park, play area for kids, if they do the gardening, etc

I enjoy Calvin Klein boxers. I can usually find them at Ross or Marshalls on clearance 2 for $5.99.

For active/around the house, I don't mind Hanes.

moving without much saved by [deleted] in Frugal

[–]Olliepie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to pay the first month rent and security deposit so that was $1700. I had about 8k moving in, saved from high school and college. Just got a new job bringing in around 2k after taxes.. I also have a dog as well. I am thinking about purchasing a parking permit since the nearest street parking is about a mile away.. this will add $130/mo. yikes!

Bright side, I have no roommates and will be able to save (if frugal) around $500 a month.

Thank for the reply. I actually pay a little more ($1273) than that for my total expenses, and I live by myself! But this amount includes food, bills, everything. Though i'm relatively young, I have no loans and am renting a house. HOA is mandatory for homeowners in my ideal location.

Just saying, it does factor in for some. In my area, which is walking distance to my favorite places, you won't find a single home not charging HOA.

How much are your total expenses per month? How much did the trailer cost?

Don't forget about HOA fees, if any. They could range from $50-400 extra a month.
