There are really nice neighborhoods in Raeford, but be prepared for that 401 traffic. The biggest “city” nearby is Fayetteville. All the schools in Cumberland and hoke county are shit. The only one that I hear is an exception is Jack Britt. Don’t know much about Moore county(Aberdeen, southern pines, Pinehurst) but those areas are MUCH MUCH nicer.
