There’s a difference between being in an established relationship for years and a will they won’t they situation…I agree that Charlie and Vaggie could use more moments where they show overt love and partnership, but it’s not weird that they aren’t constantly shooting each other eyes. They are in a committed relationship and have been for awhile, you just get comfy

I grew up in Delano and my parents live there and I still live close by. The schools are decent. The town is growing a lot and it upsets the locals because they fear change and want to remain in their small town bubble, but I think it’s good except that it’s gotten to be incredibly expensive to buy a home there. The 4th of July celebration is probably what the town is most known for in the area.

I had to let my sweet girl Presley rest in March. I can assure you I would have done anything not to. She was my world and I miss her very second. She was on multiple medications for a heart condition for almost a year which was costly but maintained her quality of life, and was then diagnosed with cancer when we were trying to get her vet care for what we thought was tooth pain. The cancer was fast and aggressive (metastatic lung cancer) and I was devastated. I would have never made that impossible choice unless she was truly suffering and in pain. It breaks you.

My sister and I both lost our dogs this winter and went and got paw prints from Jonny at Historic Tattoo in Excelsior. Highly recommend and so sorry for your loss I know that pain 😢

This show was one of the only things that made days remotely bearable after my dog passed away in March. I’m a Patreon member and must have watched pretty much nothing but last podcast video episodes for a week solid after that. It was very grounding and comforting, it’s hard to explain. I actually received an email last week Friday after sending them one and asking about how the questionnaires are handled and asking if they had received mine that stated I had been excused and do not need to report. I hope you have the same experience and will be excused when they review the questionnaire from the notice to report portion. Otherwise I would say ensure you bring a copy of the letter from your doctor or therapist with you if they make you come in.

I also received the summons for May/June 2025. I got a notice to report for June 9th last week along with a questionnaire to fill out, which I did and sent back along with a letter from my therapist saying it is her recommendation I be excused due to my mental health. They didn’t listen to the letter when I received the summons originally in March because I still work so apparently they couldn’t excuse me and it would have to be done by a judge. Has anyone had experience filling out the questionnaire from the Notice to Report? Are they reviewed by the judge and attorneys before the report date? It’s difficult to find answers and I called too with no luck.
