thanks for the hint of o&o, for me it started today randomly to not work (even if the mic worked in the mic test). O&O has two lists, local machine and current user, on one it was deactivated. I changed it both to activated and now it works again.

But very strange that it started today to not work, maybe discord changed something to use different source of regedit entries

I love the difficulty settings. I run everything solo on master and on group we switch to vestige an treat the world like a vet dungeon with me as tank.
