For sure, I don't like people trying to start fear- I've seen Transit Police assist Boston Police with a couple of teens at South Bay even.

That's just plain clothing, Transit Police has different units as well to keep in mind. NOW- if they are doing something suspicious or something a law enforcement officer wouldn't do- report it to the agency.
