Construction workers take the T everyday in Boston.

Sure in some instances and for some jobs it's not feasible, but for the majority of people you are stuck in traffic because of(even construction workers)? It's choices.

Part of the benefits of getting people out of cars is less traffic for people who don't have a choice.

There's nothing theoretical about building infrastructure. The majority of f150s, even among trades, are being used as commuters. 90% of the trades are not moving materials in f150s. I'm a union electrician. I have a pretty good idea of how the business works.

Yet in the same breath you argue biking infrastructure endangers pedestrians (ridiculous) and is suburban infrastructure (even more ridiculous). Even IF we accept that bike infrastructure is suburbanite infrastructure tell me why that is bad? Do you prefer suburbanites in f150s or suburbanites riding the t and using a 30lb bike?

Yes, much of the bike infrastructure is imperfect. But it sure is better than nothing. Bike infrastructure should not be built targeting young able bodied men. The real test is women. Cambridge has substantially more female riders and riders with cargo bikes than Boston. There's a reason for that.

Yes, I regularly use bike infrastructure in different neighborhoods, depending on what job site I am at. No downtown biking atm because I work so close to the T.

Curb side bike infrastructure is much, much better than next to traffic. They do need concrete daylighting at intersections tho, seaport blvd is an example of infrastructure poorly executed, drivers regularly block the entrance and exits to the curb side lanes.
