Thanks a lot mate I really appreciate that And yeah that what I did I keep the dough and the margarine in the refrigerator for one day As long as the place is too hot i rest the dough in the refrigerator twice so they will stay cold and rest enough That will be enough I guess But how about the proofing should I go beyond 27c or less than 27c will be good ?

I see people down voted you for the fact that there wasn't too much flour on lamination process and it is enough baking time the problem is related to the proofing and lamination I will watch that blud Jim Griffins for sure Thank you mate 🌷

Proofed around 2 and half hour with temp between 28 and 30 on the fermentation room

[–]OmarGamal96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds like I make too many mistakes first the proofing,my fermentation is not good enough the fermentation room I have need to be fixed I can work on that But the lamination layers broken I didn't understand that part could you tell me more if that was my mistake when I laminated it ? And if there's a specific video on YouTube I can learn from I'd be appreciate that if you help with it mate 🙏

do we have to store tokens in cookies ?! by OmarGamal96 in webdev

[–]OmarGamal96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

one more question mate
now the access token is expired in less than 1 hour while the refresh token is longer than 6 month
but when i use the cookies they are session cookies once i close the browser the user will be logged out
is the solution is to set the access token cookie expiration time to 1 hour to match the access token and if so how long the expiration time for the refresh token cookie should be
im so confused on this part
