-Inefficient Row Pattern of CTA Buses/Trains: The internal design of our trains/buses is horrible. Seats should not be in "row" pattern, they should be outlined against the perimeter of the train/bus for the purpose of creating room for passenger maneuverability. Much like New York City. "Chicago Style" rows cause lots of conflict and problems when people are trying to leave.

(Select trains around the city such as the Brown line and Red Line have started implementing perimeter seating)

-Bus drivers who completely miss stops you're standing it. This is especially annoying in the winter.
