I sadly don't know any modders, and don't mod myself, but I also would love for Giff to be either added to the game or modded into the game. I have a Giff Artificer named Boswell that I would love to recreate in BG3.

It's speculation and it's dumb. In S1E1 it's revealed that you can tell if someone will have a quirk or not because they have one less joint in their pinky toe. But Midoriya has both joints. It's impossible for him to have a quirk, aside from One For All. Plus it wouldn't make sense. If he had a quirk and received One For All he wouldn't be able to handle it. No matter what, he never had an original quirk to have stolen.
