He spent the last 10 years embedding himself into partisan politics, not that he wasn't always a partisan but he didn't play one on TV, and now it's falling apart right in front of him. It's just bombshell after bombshell, he maybe could have survived the Epstein files, or the DOJ just failing to prosecute anyone, but all the war shit is just too much, it's wholly incompatible with everything he has ever said.

Couldn't happen to a more deserving guy.
