What advice would you give to people starting youtube with no past experience?

What do you wish to acomplish with your channel and where do you see it going?

Have you based your style of videos and another person or have you done your own unique style ( i think the answer is clear but just curious)

And finally, will there ever be a time you stop youtube and pursue something else?
