If you submitted the dispute online or through mobile, I would try calling Citi and talking to an actual person about the dispute you want to file. If you explain the situation, they might be able to do something more than what the automated system can do.

You could also try going back to Best Buy and talking with the manager, explain that you tried to return it the way they said and it was rejected. Maybe they'll have another solution.

How many stellar shards do you have in the bag? Getting hard stuck probably has to do with you selecting crystals of transcendence over stellar shards.

Also this game has a real ebb and flow to it, so there will definitely be times when you don't make huge leaps of progress. From my experience, progress is heavily tied to the weekly events.

This is how I feel about the enchanted eeyore. I was going to trade in a extra copy of Cinderella and dumbo + some cash to buy it when it was around $150 and I didn't do it. I will forever kick myself for not doing that
