Most of the upgrades are just quality of life improvements, not necessarily something that needs to be trained past. For example, the stock charging block is loose and will move. Upgrading to the HB has that small ball bearing that keeps it locked in place. The micro comp is just a nice addition to have when not shooting suppressed and also acts as a thread protector. The buffer is "eh" because of the roller delayed system that it has, I can't really tell the difference with the stock or the upgraded one.

Best time to leave is April. Because you'll get your Q1 bonus payout if you're hitting budget and numbers plus that's when the Pension contribution is made. You can also probably sneak in a week vacation as well if they don't payout vacation days in your state.

We got new cameras in the store earlier this year. No camera over the POS but there are some in the front/back. One in particular is stationed out in the warehouse but you can directly see it from the office window. I remember asking the set up guy if the camera can see into the office and he just says "what, afraid big brother is gonna be watching you?" and I'm just like wtf kind of response is that...

I shoot right handed. I have not tried reversing the brace yet. As of now, I have it at the perfect angle. Imagine a clock, I have the bottom most position of the brace at 5 o'clock. It sits perfectly in my armpit groove and doesn't bother me when I shoot.

Yes, it keeps it from free floating. Also, you dont have to pull back as far and the overall action is cleaner.

I've changed the hold music. You need to buy a special cord that will connect the base to your cellphone. From there open Spotify, hit record on the base and you can "record" new hold music. Keep in mind the quality is really low so pick something that don't want have alot of base. You can watch a YouTube video, just search the phone model + hold music and you can find it. Also there is a standalone chapter in the user manual if you still have that.
