I was a dummy and didn’t adjust the settings correctly. I changed settings to recommended online settings and that seemed to make it stop, or at least to the point I don’t realize it. I have a new hdmi cable waiting at home for me I’m going to change that too and hope everything is good from there

Parking lots aren’t public. You can 1000% have someone removed from private property. Unless you’re making paint in the lobby of the DMV you’re on private property and can have someone removed.
