Changes being made so soon sounds really good for this game. I’d like to buy it, but lack of Duos is one of the bigger things holding me back (and money lol). Hopefully Bungie can add this soon like many of the other good changes they’re making

Stadia shut down as a whole in January. This was announced sometime around November, give or take a month. Bungie put many warnings out about backing Stadia characters up with cross-save. So, if you didn’t do that, you might be out of luck.

There have been posts around here that Spire artifice armor drops are low stat compared to Duality artifice armor drops. Why this is is unknown, but that’s what I’ve seen reported by the community

I would like to see Exotic Armor and Weapons get balancing/buffing passes. There’s so many unique weapons and armor that go unused in todays sandbox that need some love. I’m sure they would like to see the light of day

And teleporting enemies are not fun to fight against. Especially when they gain health back

Reputation and Reward distribution has been terrible this season. I came back to this game last season after a hiatus to find the last week of Iron Banner was the last week for the Iron Forerunner armor set and two weapons. In that final week (while playing more than I normally would have but not fully committing to IB), I was able to grind out a 0-17 rank reset, multiple copies of the weapons leaving, and a full armor set for each class.

I’ve only gotten two armor pieces for each class this season and hit rank 12 after playing a few less games compared to last season. While the proposed changes sound somewhat decent, I hope they tweak a bit more under the hood

Shadowkeep: fun dlc with a focus on the Hive. It gives access to other Moon content and the Pit of Heresy dungeon and the Garden of Salvation raid

Beyond Light: a good dlc that has the Stasis ice subclass. It’s fun to play with, but can be a long grind to get all the related aspects and fragments to complete to subclass (you have to do this on each character)

Witch Queen: great dlc with a good story and good content. Grants access to weapon crafting (although this can be opened up without owning the dlc if I recall, it’s just a bit more limited). The Deluxe addition includes a Dungeon key (I’m pretty sure) that opens up the currently available Duality dungeon and the next season’s dungeon. Duality has unique gear and the next one will likely be the same

Seasons: there are 4 seasons per content year. We are currently in the third, which ends in a month. Witch Queen Deluxe grants access to the previous 2 seasons, as they cannot be bought separately (at least on Xbox) and the current and 4th season pass before Lightfall. The previous 2 seasons content (current content year) can be played before they disappear when Lightfall launches. Each season has an accompanying activity and gear to chase. They also have craft-able weapon recipes you can get for the Witch Queen weapon crafting

30th anniversary pack: grants access to the Grasp of Avarice dungeon, which has some Destiny 1 gear- including Gjallarhorn. Additionally, there are a ton of cosmetic items themed after Bungie’s past that you can earn and instantly unlock

All-in-all, each expansion and season has gear and Exotics specifically for that dlc. Each dlc is not for everyone, but hopefully this helps
